Actually Chrish I made the bacon from pork loin trimmed and cured for six days, soaked and then smoked with maple and and cooked to 150 degrees. I will gladly share my recipe if you are interested.
 
hillbillysmoker shared his recipe with me and I just finished my first try makin canadian bacon from pork loin. All I have to say is mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yummy!!!!! Best part about it is the missus loves it too so I know its good. Dont have any Q view right now will try and post tomorrow
