That's beautiful, I'm envious. I'm all out of CB and won't be able to smoke more till most likely November when it's not blistering hot here. No fridge space for curing, too hot to cure in coolers, no freezer space anyway. RAY
 
3 refrigerators in the house, 2 upright freezers. One refrigerator for kitchen, 1 for overflows/sales, 1 for curing bacon/canadian bacon. 1 upright freezer for quick chilling bacon/meat for slicing
