Following the Bears step by step 1st time try on Canadian Bacon. Quite a learning experience Everything was fine until the smoking schedule my smoker would only go to a low of 225 it is masterbuilt 40" propane. By opening the door etc. got it done and now enjoying. Would of liked more photos but this too is my 1st experience at that also.
