Can you use two thermometers at the same time

I have two big block smokers and am going need to use them both at the same time here with in the next few weeks. I have a mavrick et 73 and am going to order another one today after I get off work. What am wanting to know can I use both thermometers at the same time and them not interfere with each other? Thanks for any help and info that I can get
