Could it possibly be a New Braunsfels? Or, is it a knock off?

I saw a NB here that looked like that. Or at least that's what the owner said it was.

I can't say for sure if its a knockoff or not, but it sure looks like a NB Bandera.  Most of the New Braunfels I ever saw had their logo with the silhouette of the state of Texas on it somewhere...like the one in this pic:
