We was camping this weekend and I was requested to smoke something, meat not what your thinking. LOL. Anyway I decided to do two hunks of pork loin.
The pork seasoned with @smokin peachey rub. Its good stuff.

Cooked on my mini wsm with hickory. Temp started at 210 for a hour or so then rose to 230. At hour 3 or so I glazed with a sauce my wife buys. Its pretty good. Took about 4 hours and the temp was 150 to 160. We like our pork more then 145. No cook pics we was fishing and chatting and had some adult drinks. Pics dont do it justice. Juice running off the cutting board as I was cutting it. I made a mess and the wife yelled at me.

It was super tender and juicy. A lot of fat on this loin. It was from one of my show pigs that didnt make the cut. It reminded me of a prime rib but pork.
I wasnt going to post this buttttttt..........

Leftovers tonight.

Bingo! That looks really good Farmer. I’m sure it was extra tasty sitting around the fire. Seems everything tastes better sitting around a campfire with family and friends.

Of course it does. Thanks.

Well Adam, I for one am real glad you did decide to post this smoke. It looks absolutely delicious!!
If I could get my pork loins to look like that at 145+, that's how I would cook them too. I have to pull them so that after the rest they're about 140.
The glaze looks really good, especially for a store bought. If you don't mind, what is it??
Big POINT for this one.
