Campfire Nachos

Nothin to special here but we went camping again this weekend and the Mrs had planned on some campfire Nachos in the CI over the fire.

But the best part was we packed some candied jalapeños I got from @yankee2bbq ... Thanks Justin. Holy cow were those things fantastic. Even put some on my hotdogs.

And in all the excitement I found 3 Mountain Goats on the top of Mt. Antero

Thanks Ryan. I had my spotting scope set up, then hold my phone to the lens to get a closer picture

Food looks great! I know those are beans on the nachos in the first pic but they sure look like something found on the ground around these parts...lol! Always love seeing goats but hard to get close to them. My legs aren't what they used to be. Fine job on finding them and getting the pic.

I was going to ask where you found sunshine lately, but you posted that. We haven't seen the full sun for the last week or so. Supposed to come out tomorrow morning for a bit, though. We'll see.

Thanks @ajbert . Used to know a guy that would eat those beans off the ground . I had a Sheep tag a couple years ago in some rough country... learned im not the young man I used to be lol. Still fun to see them in the spotting scope. I still put in for goat, even though thats a dangerous game around here.
