Greetings,

I am Ben from Indiana.  I enjoy hunting for wild game and then making a delicious meal of it.  I also cook things that my wife will eat on occasion.  My current smoker is an old Brinkman Grill n' Smoke.  It works but I am looking to move up into something a little bigger and a log heavier.  I have looked seriously at the Lang 36 because I like the reverse smoker concept.  I also have intentions of building a brick smoker someday at my place so I can really cook anytime I want, even if we have another ice age.

If anyone has any interesting wild game recipes or knows of a good heavy moderately sized smoker in my general vicinity....I would love to hear from you.

Thanks

Thanks for the link.  I am hoping that by networking here I can find someone that has something in my wheelhouse that is used.  I know I will have to spend a little money, no doubt, but I don't know if I am ready to bit off the cost for one of these units new.  Anyway, thanks for the response.
