Most of my zoo loves sushi and most Asian inspired cooking. Sushi rolls are a particular favorite and the California roll might top the list. Anyway, my wife saw this on FB and decided to try it.

I found a few that look like that. And some that use the small bundt pans. More for me size wise. Ann doesn't do sushi.
