Just looking for your thoughts on the Cabelas dehydrator, or any other brand For that matter? I’m open to the size just looking to being able to dehydrate more than just a 7-8 pounds at a time. Ideally I would like to dehydrate at least 20 lbs at a time minimum.

I have the Cabelas 10 tray... Works great... have never filled it to max capacity so I can't help you on quantity... I will say the plastic trays break pretty easy so you have to be very careful with them when washing ...

I have a 10 tray Excalibur and it is usually filled up with 10lbs of wet meat when I do jerky. If you want to do more than that, then you will need to move to a bigger dehydrator.
