Sure didn't know buying a trailer equipped with everything I need would be so challenging. Certainly a lot of cheap made trailers out there and many just sell the trailers without cooking equipment.

Anyone like to share their experiences and who they would recommend or who to stay away from?

Also, does anybody know anything about Five Diamond Trailers in Georgia or Trailer Innovations in Iowa?

Thanks in advance for your input!

Thrash, afternoon and welcome to the forum.....

Please take a moment and stop into " /Roll Call/   " and introduce yourself and get a proper welcome from our members.... Also, if you would note your location in your profile, it will help in the future when answering questions about smokin'...   elevation, humidity etc....

We're glad you stopped in and joined our group...    Enjoy the long smokey ride....     Dave

If money isn't the first thing on the list, Klose Pits in TX makes a great one. Not the cheapest but IMHO one of the best.

Dave,

I will visit the roll call page soon. O tried on my phone with no success. When I get to a computer I will get it done.

Thanks!

Southern Yankee out of Indiana makes great BBQ concession trailers. I've seen one up close and it looks very well made and well equipped. They look like log cabins and have a large enclosed porch with a rotisserie smoker.

Just what what I was gonna say...You'll pay a premium price...but it'd be as well made as anything out there.
