Butt going on at 9°

Don't know the record, but I'm getting ready to fire the ECB up at 9° F. Think I'll go with a full pan of lump. Heh.

Wind chill is irrelevant. Wrapped the ECB just inside the garage door. Temp down to 8, and a cozy 280° in the li'l buddy when I opened the lid to insert pork.

Third load for preburned oak/Hickory heating up now...wow..it's flippin' cold! Still a toasty 225° in the li'l buddy ECB.

Now 4° and 4th load of coals. 215° in the ECB, Third beer and hmmm 4th shot. Things are on schedule :{)
