Putting a rack of babybacks on right now. It's a toasty 20 degrees outside but I'm trying to get 'er done before the temp Plummets this afternoon to the single digits and before kickoff at 3pm. Gonna reheat last nights wings on the smoker for the last hour too.
I hear ya Rich...it is a snuggling 8 degrees right now and I am getting ready to throw the meat on so it is ready for the whipping the Packers are going to put on the Giants....supposed to be 0 around game time over there....
Heh...I'll admit to wanting to see Farve get to the SB, but I wanna see the Michigan boy complete the perfect season.
And it was actually half the front shoulder from the "pig party" thread. I cut the shoulder in half because the other half is earmaked for more venison sausage :{)
