Butt and Ribs w/Qview

Here is my first try on my new CG Outlaw. Got up this AM at 4AM to light the fire. Put the butt on at 5AM and the Ribs at 645AM. The butt is for dinner and the ribs for lunch. Enjoy.

I started with....
and....

and after 3 hrs have this going.......

Thanks.... i've been misting the butt since the 3 hrs and am trying the 321 method with the ribs. They have since been wrapped and the smell is wonderful. Hope to be ready around 1 for the ribs.

I pulled it off at 191* and let it rest for an hour and here's what I got....





Turned out moist and probably the best pulled pork I've ever had.
