Anyone know of a a good butcher in the Everett area? I've been going to Costco, but sometimes you just want something better.

Best butcher shop around is Double DD Meats in Mountlake Terrace.
The butchers at Town & Country (formerly Central Market) in Mill Creek seem to be more willing to do customer requests than those at regular grocery stores.
