Butchers/Meat stores in NY Capital Region?

Looking to find a place with reasonable prices and selection, I'm not exactly chomping at the bit to pay $5/lb+ for brisket and 9+/lb for tri tip and plate ribs. Thank you!

Most places i kmow of are going to be expensive. I belive if you become or are a KCBS member (dont know the costs, if any) you can get a day pass to restaurant depot.

Chester's smokehouse is more of a specialty store. Love that place. Not sure if they will sell you a brisket tho.

There's Henry's meat market on Rt 32 in Waterford.

I get some stuff from hilltown smokehouse on Rt 20 in New Lebenon, However, he's pricey, but only 5 min from me...
