Man, that would be nice to have. I hoist pigs up using the bucket of my little tractor, scald and scrape on an outdoor table and have to cut it up or use a large vat to chill.
Sure would be nice to have a set up like that!
Sure would be nice ta have andy. Hope ta build my sausage kitchen in the basement this winter, be nice ta get all the meat equipment set up like it should be.
