Well, I'm late to the trough again. 

I saw that video and thought it was a great idea--kinda like beer can burgers, but as an entree.  After seeing how yours turned out, I'll be making some of these.  I'll have to cook them a bit longer as my MES won't hit 300* and yours looked perfectly done.  Great job.
