Going to North Myrtle Beach next week. Decided the treat the family to some brisket. I cant do very large cuts on my Pit Barrel Jr. Decided to smoke it at home and vac-pak for the trip. The one in the center is a Snake River Farms american Wagyu. I'll post more information later. I prefer to do it on the laptop. Running a bit late today. Going to be wrapping and slicing at 10pm.
