Nice meal. How did you know the eggs had double yolks?

Great looking meat loaf there guy. You can candle eggs and tell if they are double yokes or not also weight will tell.

My Italian grandfather would make braciole. Its basically a beef round steak stuffed with herbs, salami, then rolled and tied. Put in the spaghetti sauce to cook and steep for a good long time. The stuffing depends upon which region off Italy. Grandpa and mom always put hard boiled eggs in their braciole.
