Bula Guys and Gals.
I'm from the South Pacific Fiji and I'v been wanting to build my own smoker... So I did.
Did my 8th smoke with trial and error method. Chicken and pork comes out well. Working on the beef
I'm in sales and marketing.
Love all sports.. Rugby Union and league.

I have alot of questions.

Welcome from Texas! I've been out of the USA a few times and I do understand the problem with beef. I had a really good filay in Costa Rica a while back. I had to go ask the cook how they did it.....just wasn't possible to get something that tough to that tender.
Their answer, it was impoted from Texas!!!!
