Hi I am new own here and trying to get some input on reverse flow verses tuning plates  I am building a new smoker and not sure which way to go I rolled my own barrel it is 3-0x 6-0 and started a small side grill that buns charcoal on adjustable racks it is 2-0 x 4-0 I got some help on the pit calculator for the firebox but would like to find out as much as possible about different indirect methods of smoking

This is the main cooker I might change the door and make a double door It's not that heavy but I know if you open it double doors let out less heat

this is the small grill
