New to the forums, just joined yesterday and read for hours before making my first post. I've got a old weber kettle grill i found, with an electric heating element that i keep my wood chips over in a aluminum pie pan. I've smoked whole chickens, chicken wings, and ribs for the first time today. i'm somewhat new to smoking, i'd like to make my own smoker some day but as a student with limited resources the weber kettle is good for me for now. I'm looking to get better at smoking meats by joining the forum, learn from peoples success's and failures and i'll try to share all of mine.
