I learned of this site from the PapaDutch website , I love outdoor cooking and a good BBQ , Food network is my TV channel of choice

Funny thing is I used to be a sweet sauce guy but now I have a new found taste for the vinegar type sauces

So I will poke around and learn how to do some Smoking
