Briskets (& some wild hog ribs)

Sitting around the fire, got the neighborhood smelling good today!!

I’ve got three full packers, one point, a couple packs of venison breakfast sausage, and some Pattons hot links for a snack.

That's just a beautiful thing to see! I'd imagine you might have some hog ribs to snack on well before those packers are ready for the cooler. Have a beer, you deserve it. RAY

You’re right Adam, not a lot of meat at all. Little tiny rib bones too. But I was surprised at how tasty they were.
