Threw on 2 12lb prime briskets ( costco) last night around 9:30... No foil , no triming .. Put the chuck short ribs on at 9am this morning... Peppers to go on around noon... Will post more pics as it continues.. Happy Friday to everyone !!

13 hours so far.. temps for brisket are both around 173°

Hell of a Friday night comin'!

No injection or anything on the briskett? Just rub and smoke? I've tried it a few times and haven't had one turn out even close to as good as my pulled pork so I stopped even trying. In CA that meat is way more expensive than pork....too expensive to mess up. :)
