That's where I have been buying most of my meat lately. BTW, that price is for boneless butts. They have bone in for $1.39
 
Last time I was there, Butts were both (bone in, boneless) the same price.. $1.89 lb.. so boneless it was...
just wondering if the 1/8" trim is gonna be enough fat for sausage and snack sticks...

While we have a GFS near us, I've never bought meat there. How is the quality? I usually get my meat from Costco or a local butcher.
 
Add here says 'Deckle off', i.e no point, only the flat. :(
 
The only thing I have bought at GFS is Butts (for sausage, snack sticks)... Other cuts are generally to big for us (2) ... The butts are perfect for my use...
