Here is a brisket i smoked a couple weeks ago. Smoked it on Hickory pellets and basic charcoal. Came out pretty awsome. I did a first and rubbed it down with homade jalapeno jelly then sprinkled on the black pepper and red pepper flake. Belive it or not it only had a bite on the bark and the inside had awsome flavor!! Any way heres the pick of it in my old fridge. Sorry no cut pic.

Yes Sir Freeport McMoran!!  We are mainly copper but also produce moIy,gold,silver and a few other metals that i cant really spell. LOL work in the Morenci Mine.........
