Brisket tips

Try a small brisket for the first time tomorrow,

with three baby backs and some cheese

but was wondering if anyone had any nice tips for the brisket

Hey SmokeRog how did the brisket turn out?  I'm yet to try one.  Done just about everything else.  I found a nice 4lb brisket at Costco I might pick up to try.
