Brisket,ribs.porkbutt,a good way to start labor day

well i started the fire at 4:30am. and then rubbed my brisket and but. and then a 9am thru on some ribs. cooking with pecan with a little apple with the ribs. looking to finish everything around 2 pm . i will cook the but to 186 then rap it and let it rest. the brisket after it passes tooth pick test and the rap it and let it rest. and the ribs i will hit about 175 then rap until 190, will see how it turns out.

the main thing is around 11:30 its will be time to open a cold beer and another is 15 min intervals
 
risenswine, morning....   Well, they look good in the smoker..... How was the eating part ???  Should have been very good...   Dave
