I have a small chunk of frozen brisket, just a couple pounds. If I’m gonna SV reheat for that size of piece of brisket how long and what temp would you suggest ? From frozen or thawed?
I just did one . I think it was 2 1/2 pounds . I think I did from frozen 145 or 150 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours . Came out great .
