Can’t wait to smoke these beauties!!! The real question is, when??? I have always shared the SRF briskets I get in the past, but thinking I should keep these to myself this time!!! I can say I did not pay what you would normally pay for these

Thinking of weighing each one on the scale but totaled 48.3lbs

just a glimpse of the marbling in the flat, looks amazing when they are thawed and trimming (BMS 9+)

now they are waiting in my deep freeze waiting to go on the Rec Tec.

No, I get them from a place I got hooked up with in Chicago, only an hour drive, and worth it for the price.
