looks good. what is a decent price per/lb on brisket?

I picked it up at Costco 3.49 a pound

Damn good looking brisket! How big was that one and how much did you trim off of it?

It was almost 9 lbs I didn't trim any it was trimmed down to about 3/8 so left it alone

Not sure if you have a krogers around you but they have brisket for $2.99 lb with today being the last day of the sale. I picked up 2 choice packers this past weekend
