Brisket in oven.

    Had brisket on smoker for 4 hours something came up put in pan in oven at 170* will take it out in the morning and finish on the smoker. Anyone see a problem with this.

    What was the IT of the brisket when you put it in the oven?

    Didn't ck it was in a hurry. It was on smoke 4 hrs at 225-250. Figured 170 was out of danger zone overnight till I could get it back on smoker.
