Here's another Brisket I picked up for later. I'm thinkin of cuttin this one in half or safe it for a family get-together.

Yepper thats a bg brisket. Now go smoke it and let us know how it comes out.
 
Just smoked a 16 pounder two day's ago, and that pic makes me want to fire up the smoker!
 
I cut a four pounder off of that 14 pounder. I'm thinkin about doin the ol' bacon weave on it. I'll leave the bacon on until it begins to get too crisp. This will be experimental. I'll just have go with the flow when I do this.
