Started smoking a brisket this morning, finished about an hour ago, sliced up nice (tastes yummy) and now everyone is out and about and no one to help eat this.

Once brisket is sliced whats the best way to hold it for a few hours?

Foil and wrap in towels for insulation... or hold in the smoker at 160 ish until time to slice and eat....    OR.................

In a USPS overnight mailer with some blue ice and ship it to me.....   Dave

Rocky...while you wait and before it gets devoured, why not post some pictures so we can drool...just sayin.
