Brisket, butts and ribs

    Just put on a 10lb brisket and two pork butts.  Ribs go on in a couple of hours.  It's going to be a long satisfying day.  More pics as the day goes on.

    I'm right there with you. I just put in a brisket flat 6# about an hour ago in my ECB with electric mod. It's my first one, but I'm not expecting any problems. I am going to get some pics and start a thread when I go out to add some more wood chips. On days like this it makes you feel sorry for those poor souls who go out to eat instead of smoking in the back yard, doesn't it?

    Four hours and the ribs are now on.  Temps looking good.

    Brisket and butts at about 200 internal temp, just a little bit longer.  Ribs foiled.
