Brisket and ribs

Was gonna give my PB1150 a burn with a brisket and dino bones. Family said no we want burgers and dogs!
So this this is my brisket along with some chuck and rib meat ground.

Couple of them smashed.

Dino bones got my Kanka Grill twirl.

Should have got more burger (cooked 32) pics but they just didn't excite me like the ribs did.
Did get asked if I could git them some burger meat. Umm? Sure go buy a brisket' 2 chuck roast, and 2 packs of boneless short ribs all prime.

Burgers are good, but more like an every weekend kind of thing. Beef ribs, on the other hand, get my blood pumping for sure. Nice work all the way around, but those ribs are where it's at for me...
