My day started early (4:30) yesterday morning. I cooked 2 cases of brisket, 3 goats, and 20 pounds of pinto beans. A large time was had by all and the band finally quit playing at 2 AM. I was in dire need of sleep. First picture is the BBQ pits. The one on the left was full of goat and the one on the right was full of brisket. Next we have a picture of some of the goat cooking, then some sliced brisket, and finally some goat. No one left hungry.
