Got about 9# packer trimmed splashed with worchestshire sauce and SPOG. Planning to smoke with pecan/cherry blend start on Saturday night toss some beans on Sunday morning. Looking to smoke about 230* no foil till its resting.
Maybe some smoked taters as well if I get up early enough to put them on.
