Hello All,I am a newbie to this soon to be addiction. I just recently got a Char-Broil Offset Smoker for Father's Day. I plan to do my first smoke this upcoming weekend. Since I am new to this I want try it out with some chicken breast. I was wondering what would be a good brine to use? HELP PLEASE!

I have used the Slaughter House brine and it's easy. Most of the ingredients you will have around the house now.
