Hi all.  I have been prowling around on this site for a while now.  I got the urge to get a smoker this spring and have been doing some research and reading what you all have to say.  I ended up with a Smoke Hollow #6 as my entry level smoker.  Not as romantic as the offset smoker I started looking at but I think this will help me to be more successful as I get my feet under me.  I have yet to season the smoker or do any mods to it. I am thinking some gasket material around the door is going to be a must before I even start.  I will see how it does and see if I need a needle valve in the propane line to keep a lower temp as I have read this can be a problem with this smoker.  Anyway, I look forward to learning all I can from you folks as I go along.
