Hey Brian, I had the same problem yesterday... Went to the store, and lost it in the mean section and came back with a whole chicken!! Guess I better smoke it!!!

Hey sweetness.  Hows that horse?  I've been on the road for the last week and catching up.

Now let me get this straight. The woman that smokes a butt every week bought chicken?  Are there any witnesses to this event?  Ha!!!!  I'll be checking for a Q view.

My butts and shoulders turned out nice. Had some over easter with family, some this past weekend for a party and still have 3 bags in the freezer. Taking one bag to my cousins in Memphis over the weekend. Everyone seemed to like it. A couple of my friends couldn't stop eating and gushing about it, Saturday. Also smoked some salmon and cream cheese. It was all good. Once I figure out (and remember) how to take pictures and post them, I will. Glad it all turned out well.
