Last weekend me and my family went to Bass Pro and bought the Masterbuilt XL smoker. I preseasoned the smoker one afternoon after work and have been chomping at the bit to smoke something in it all week. We had a chicken in the freezer and I thawed it out and brined it. Started smoking it about 3:30 this afternoon and its almost done. Ill let y'all know how it taste in a little while.
