A few weeks back I made my own breakfast sausage using sage salt and pepper. Ground up (thanks

)and frozen for later use. Well, decided to make homemade ravioli using that sausage with sautéed carrots, onion celery. Then I added ricotta and parsley. Turned out awesome!
I missed a picture..I boiled the ravioli for 3 mins. Then transferred to a warm skillet with sauce.
