A few weeks back I made my own breakfast sausage using sage salt and pepper. Ground up (thanks @smokin peachey )and frozen for later use. Well, decided to make homemade ravioli using that sausage with sautéed carrots, onion celery. Then I added ricotta and parsley. Turned out awesome!
I missed a picture..I boiled the ravioli for 3 mins. Then transferred to a warm skillet with sauce.
