Hi All

I recently saw a couple of YouTube videos of breakfast being cooked on a pellet smoker. It has me intrigued?

Have you made breakfast on your smoker?

If so, what did you make and how did you go about it?

You can set the temps high enuf to bake biscuits or any thing else , I have baked a cake on mine that turned out great, cant say it have much smoke flavor due to the temp I was running. start out on high smoke for a short time then run the temp up to normal cooking temps to add some flavor

Not on a pellet pooper.
But I can throw a griddle or skillet in the smoker or on the grill and cook almost anything.
The Smoke Vault bakes too.
Surprising what one can do with a Dutch Oven in the smoker for breakfast casseroles.

If I'm firing up the smoker for a long cook then I do my sausage and bacon on the grates.
