misses me too. He just can’t get enough of my beautiful smile. Anyways, I always enjoy a breakfast with meat. Cold cereal just doesn’t fill me up. So, beef plate ribs it is. Simple salt n pepper. Smoked 225-250 using hickory chunks for smoke. Pulled at IT 205. (Took 9 hours)
