I been doing lots of looking at dedicated bread ovens. I keep going back to the Rofco B20. I also looked at smaller style stone ovens. I was getting close to doing a pre order as they are out of stock until February. I talked to my wife and she said just order it. BUT?

Ok But?

If you decide you dont want to do bread in the next 6 months to a year we are stuck with a $3,300+ [email protected] to regroup.

So I said I found something cheaper and it 110v. My smarter than me wife said let me see. So after she did some research she said yes save a few $$$$ and get it.

So I got the Vevor double stone deck pizza oven.

I'm sure it will be a learning curve.

But if I dont like it we have a pizza oven :emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing:

Cant sell pizza in KY under the cottage laws unless you take the micro processors class because of the tomato sauce. (Way to much hassle I dont want)

SD jap/cheese. Gotta learn more how to use the oven and temps.

That's awesome.... just looked at the price, wish I had room for it, I'd pick one up in a heartbeat!

Nice oven. Bread looks great! That is a lot cheaper than the other one. What's your overall thoughts on it so far?
So far I like it. I need a SS or small cast pan for some water to make steam.

All the vids say to pre heat for 45 mins, they aint kidding.

Will post more when we get back from road trip.
