Grill them, put in a sauce pan and simmer with beer, butter and onions.
DO NOT BOIL FIRST, THEN GRILL!
let them cook in their natural juices on the grill. Soften the casing and add flavor with the beer, butter and onions. Add mustard and enjoy!
Simmer the brats in beer and onions for ten minutes. Drain the brats and grill them, sauté the onions that were simmering with the brats in butter and serve with the brats on a slightly grill toasted French roll with some horseradish mustard slathered on it. Occasionally I'll do exactly that with the Italian sausage I make, works! RAY
Looking for some different brat recipes rather than just putting them on a bun and eating them. Ordered a bunch from Wild Fork Foods and would like to do some different things.
Howdy Neighbor!!
All I ever did with Brats was Gas Grill them, Pan fry Them, or Ninja Air Fry Them.
The Air Fry Them in my Ninja have been my Favorites!!
On a Hot Dog Roll, for Great Meat to bread ratio, and a BBQ Sauce. Some Hot Peppers if you like.
